Meal-In-A-Minute
Believe it or not, I timed myself and yes, you
can get this meal ready quicker than you can go
through a fast-food drive-thru (not that you would
ever do that, of course).
Taco Salad
In a slow cooker, toss together the following ingredients:
1 bag frozen Morningstar Recipe Crumbles
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can petite diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 can black beans
1 can chili beans
1 packet taco flavoring
Allow to cook on low for 6-8 hours, then spoon
over grated lettuce and brown rice. Everyone can
top it as they please. Here are some good ideas:
Grated soy cheese
Non-dairy sour cream
Salsa
Green olives
Corn chips
