Strawberry Mango Crisp
This is a delicious way to finish off a meal, especially topped with a healthy helping of vanilla ice cream (soy vanilla ice cream if you prefer).

    Fruit mixture
    4 cups quartered strawberries
    2 cups diced mango
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp flour

    Topping
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup margarine

1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
2. Mix the fruit mixture ingredients together and spread into a 2-quart casserole dish.
3.
Mix the dry topping ingredients together and cut in the margarine until the mixture resembles small peas.
4. Spread the topping evenly over the fruit mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes, until bubbly.
5. Serve warm topped with delicious vanilla ice cream (our family prefers Soy Delicious non-dairy ice cream).
