What's Your Mommy FQ (Fun Quotient)?


How FUN are you? Life is a party. Are you the one dancing on the table with a lampshade on her head or the one standing in the corner wearing the dark shades? Take this little quiz and find out just how much of a fun mum you are.

  1. The kids and I spend the afternoon at the park.
    1. I get a total workout by hanging off of the monkey bars and swinging as high as I can.
    2. I get sand in my shoes from sitting in the sandbox with the little one.
    3. I get a lot of good gossip in with the other moms while I swing the kids.
    4. I get some good reading done while I warm the bench.
  2. We all share a picnic lunch together.
    1. I stick cheetos up my nose and pretend like I don’t know they are there.
    2. I make smiley faces on the sandwiches with olives and some fruit leather.
    3. I pass out their lunchables and nibble on my salad.
    4. I throw them a bag of Doritos and keep reading.
  3. After the third, “Mommy, watch me!” you’re growing a bit frustrated.
    1. You take turns. She watches you do something daring. You watch her do something daring.
    2. You tell her that you are always watching her, whether she realizes it or not, and you are very impressed.
    3. You say, “two more times and that’s it, kid.”
    4. Usually she stops after she realizes you never watched the first time.
  4. Oops! The sky is looking gray and the clouds are rolling in.
    1. I say, “Hooray! It may rain. We can dance and play in it!!”
    2. I sing a song from a Barney video about rainy days.
    3. I tell the kids, “Well, it looks like we may need to go home soon so get some good playing in now.”
    4. I yell, “Alright kids, time’s up. Get in the car.”

  5. When you finally get home, all of you are exhausted.
    1. You say, “I’ll race you inside. The last one in is a rotten egg!”
    2. You say, “That was so much fun! Let’s go in and relax for a minute (or two).
    3. You say, “Everyone hit the showers! I’ll get dinner started.”
    4. You turn on the television and keep reading your mag.
