We can all use a little help to make our lives a bit easier and our days more productive. These helpful downloads are what I personally use to manage my schedule, my household, my life. Perhaps they can help you as well.

For the best results, print out the ones you find helpful, punch three holes in them, and store them in a binder. I also use page dividers with tabs that designate categories and a big, fat paperclip marking the current week. My binder is what I use as a day planner and I never go anywhere without it.

My day planner also contains three zippered pockets in the back. I store fabric, paint, and wallpaper samples in one so I always know if something matches when I’m out shopping. I store cards, envelopes, and stamps in another so I can drop a line to someone when I have a spare minute. And I store receipts in the last one.

With my day planner by my side I can conquer just about anything (or at least it helps me live with that illusion). Find what works best for you and get in the habit of putting it to use. You have the power to mold your days or let your days mold you, so take action now...

Pantry Planner
This has solved so many grocery store headaches! You can use this sheet to keep track of any items that you need to pick up from the store. Before you hop in the car, all you have to do is scan the categories and check your supplies.

Weekly Planner
These are great to plan your week! Days are divided into two segments that you can use any way you want. I list my appointments on one side and then list any items I need to carry with me on the other. The weekends are smaller segments (great encouragement to take some time to slow down and take it easy). Watch the video.

Monthly Planner
These are awesome! Just fill in the month and days, and use them to organize your life. I also use these sheets for our meal plans. I let the kids schedule their favorite meals, slip the sheet in a clear sheet protector, and hang it on three adhesive hooks that I put on the side of our refrigerator.

Yearly Planner
These sheets can be used in so many ways! You can use them to organize your yearly tasks (cleaning windows, flipping mattresses, etc.) or do what I do. Write down the birthdays and anniversaries that you need to remember, slip it in a protector, and store it in your dayplanner.

Chore Chart
These are great forms to use when you are planning out your weekly chores. They are small enough to be posted somewhere inconspicuously, but large enough to remind you to get busy.

Children's Behavior Log Sheets
Our family uses these for each one of our children. They keep a bunch in a binder, and use them to check off their accomplishments at the end of every day. There is always a reward system that is dependent upon how many points they get.
